You can actually blame the US Government for causing the confusion. The term "latino/latina" was adopted (probably from the Spanish "Latinoamericano") in the late '90s to replace the term Hispanic. Hispanic was supposed to connect people by ancestory to Spain. Hispanic and Latino are not interchangable, however.

I live in Costa Rica and my dick is the biggest I've seen in person, now I'm 6" so, maybe you should send some of those dunkey dicked guys down here. I study anthropolgoy and we were told in our biological anthropology class last semester that dick size is something genetically passed on. So guys with dunkey dicks, might have just inherited it from their parents, now I don't remember which parent has the gene or if both parents have a part in it, but I do know that "latinos" are in fact an ethnic blending of several different groups. I know in my country we had immigrations from several european countries, such as spain, italy, holland and germany. Then we have african and asian, all of the above mixed with native american. And as someone mentioned before, there are latinos in all shapes and colors, in my classes I see people who are so white that they could pass for caucasian, but they know they have native american blood in them, and then I know people who look like they are full native americans and their mom or dad is caucasian, so you go figure. My own mom could pass for white, but her mom had darker skin and looked more like a native descendant and my dad has olive skin and his mom was of pale skin and blue eyes.

I personally think it's just the recruiting on some gay sites.

It seems that a lot of the white based sites (Sean Cody fratmen etc) have thin men with smaller penises. I think they're going for a look... unfortunately when they're recruiting their models it's clothes on. I can count the number of hung men on fratmen with one hand and maybe two hands with Sean Cody due to all their "models".

I go to SC and think "wow this guy's cute" but when he takes off his clothes he's a little on the small side. I'm pretty sure SC or fratmen don't require nudes when they're recruiting models by photographs.

I would bet some of the latino and black based sites (latino caliente, tiger tyson etc) that do have men with bigger penises on it probably DO recruit based on penis size.

An no, again Soilwork, I don't have a latino fetish. It's just something I noticed. I also can't be the only gay guy here who likes a bigger penis too.

I think that's where the abundant discrepancy lies. I always thought about this myself.
