By no means am I saying your question is dumb. You didn't ask why people are rude to YOU, you asked a generic question and I gave a generic answer. Would you like to cite a specific example of rudeness which we can all analyze?

Let me say there was a young guy the other night whose post was one long, run-on sentence without punctuation. It was very difficult to read and I stopped reading it. I commented that he needed to use basic punctuation, spell check and use paragraphing.

Oh, no, nobody was rude to ME. I'm usually always down in the F & G section, but i meant everytime i come into the "Hot Topics" section, everyone is allways busy bitching eachother out LOL...so i wanted to know whats stuck up everyones ass?.....LOL no pun intended. LOL

There are tons of people here who are positive and sweet and then there are folks who hover on the boards and take every opportunity to be rude and combative because they think they are 'keeping it real' and/or they think it's cool to be rude.

After being here for awhile,you will get to know the difference and JUB for the most part is a cool place to be.

Not everybody here is so rude and angry. The biggest problem comes from people(lurkers, newbies, seasoned members with followings) who actively seek to make this place bad for everyone else. Eventually, the xenophobia will pass, but remember to do your part here: be polite, and don't take offense too easily.
