Why is Gay Porn so much Tamer/Milder than Straight Porn?

I know that yes, there is some straight porn that's mild and some gay porn that's wild/hot/intense but for the MOST part gay porn is REALLY wussy and straight porn is just so intensely hot.

Why is this? Come on gay dudes, why must we come in '2nd place' in everything in life!!!

And there is SO MUCH gay porn out there but it kinda all feels the same. And the straight porn just shocks you with its political incorrectness animalism! gay porn is so tame/mild/classy and 'artistic' like your average stereotypical homo.

But BLERGH. That stuff is okay if I wanted art, but I want something to fap to.

Anyways I don't want to derail the thread. I want a HONEST answer why gay porn is so much tamer than straight porn, who in the industry is behind this?

Perhaps it might have something to do with how sexist most str8 porn is? MOst str8 porn denigrates womEn in the way they are portrayed?

And why are we in competition with str8 Porn anyway? Shouldn't we just dO our own thing the way we like it and not care how others are doing it? Do lesbians care that their porn is "third"?
 
Because misogyny.

If you look at the porn made by women, for women and the alt/indie queer porn made by queer women and trans* people - the Feminist Porn Awards would be a good place to start, it looks much less brutal and miserable than the porn made strictly for the male audience by male dominated studios.
 
Maybe because lots of gay porn actors are so into their looks and they're just worried about looking good for the camera than having sex. There are a few hot gay porn scenes, though.
 
But i am turned on by brutality and misery. it's fucked up...

i also love touching queer/lesbian moments though.

that's what is so conflicted about this.

it's like the straight energy is naturally heartbreaking and the gay energy naturally heartmending lol.
 
Have you tried Men.com? Almost every scene involving Johnny Rapid looks rough. Men.com ruined Johnny for me.
But then, I'm biased, so maybe Men.com is not even that rough. Almost every gay porn company outside of Bel Ami and some twink studios is too rough for me nowadays.

But other than that, have you tried emailing porn companies an tell them you want more brutality?
 
there's a few ruff sites out there. straighthell.net pushes the political correctness boundaries pretty damn far, so does satyrfilms.com. pretty brutal stuff most of the time.
 
Maybe I'm a boring person, but I find gay porn to be just about right. Just my opinion...
 
It's so boring because of so many "straight" men in it. Who can just barely keep it up.
