Well, basically sometimes my butt hole will just itch. It really begins to like itch and it doesn't feel better until I sit or lie down. I haven't had anal; I've just had a bit of oral, so I don't think it's from sex. Thanks for any help :-)

Two most common causes of itchiness:
hemorrhoids and pinworms.

Changes are that at your age, it's probably hemorrhoids. Many guys start having problems with hemorrhoids in their late teens. There are couple of over-the-counter products that you can try to help reduce the inflammation. Your best option for prevention is to increase the fiber in your diet.

Try a hot bath or aim the hot shower spray right at your hole. You might want to see your doc if the symptoms persist.

It also could be anal leakage.

Next time, we you notice itching, go to the bathroom and wipe yourself. If there 's some residue, particularly if it's oily/watery, then it's anal leakage. Diet high in fat can cause this.

Check for blood in your stool. Hemorrhoids are basically vericose veins on your anus caused by too much exertion during elimination. As Doctor Oz on Oprah explained it, if it isn't like squeezing toothpaste through a tube, you're constipated.

Warm baths to increase circulation could help (they did for me after my doctor recommended them). If you shower, a wet hand towel wedged in like a warm compress can substitute.

Also glycerin suppositories may work; many people don't realize how much impacted matter they've "stockpiled," putting pressure on what is a very small muscle. Glycerin suppositories clears the "warehouse" and lubes the chute, releasing the pressure.

Definitely increase your fiber intake and watch out for iron intake. Many vitamin supplements and lot of fortified cereals have added iron to replace what women lose every month. However, in men, who don't need it and often eat a lot of red meat anyway, the excess iron leads to constipation. Hence the main difference in "Men's" vitamins.

Hope this helps smooth things out. Keep checking yourself even if the pain alleviates. Back there, you should be an "innie" not an "outie". Even a small protrusion could mean you're pressing too hard and be the first sign for problems to come.

P.S. It may also help to increase your intake of vaer and water rich foods as well. If you don't ingest enough water, your body absorbs it through your colon, making your stool harder.

I think that may be it. I don't really drink water at all and some times I have had "leakage" My diet is mostly bread-ish foods (tortillas, sweet bread, potatoes), so I don't know if that's good or bad #-o

Sweet potatoes are very high in fiber. They are a good choice as are fruits, fibrous vegetables, whole grain cereals/breads.

It's piles baby. Start using baby wipes instead of toilet paper, take some fiber or eat good fiber (fruits and veggies), drink more water, don't strain when you poop, don't read on the toilet. Do your business and get out.

Get some "docusate sodium" (Colace) and take 1 or two each night at bed time if your doodoo is not soft or doesn't come out easy.

Just make a few changes and you will be ok. Don't let them get out of control or your butthole will look like this:

WARNING WARNING WARNING NSFW AND NASTY ASS (no pun intended)

If there is every stinging when water gets down there in the shower, or if you ever have a tiny bit of blood on toilet paper when you wipe, then it is quite likely YEAST INFECTION, caused by YEAST OVERPRODUCTION.

1.) Cut back on sugars and other foods that yeast flourishes from.
2.) Eat probiotic yogurt more regularly.
3.) Apply Monistat cream to the affected skin area.
4.) Don't wipe your butt too vigorously-- you don't want to irritate it more.

By treating both the systemic issue (eating differently), and the external issue (by applying Monistat), you will sort it out in no time.

Lol my friends make fun of me for using baby wipes but they are real effective, esp since I'm a bottom I always wanna keep it clean.

^Exactly^

I use Cottonelle Flushable wet wipes to finish up after every BM. You'd be surprised at how dirty you are down there even when the toilet paper looks clean. Lots of stuff is still there even though the TP is white.

That could be a solution to help you with your itch issue. The cleaner you are, the happier you are. :)

Girls, terlet papers is made from trees! You don't needs to tree bark rubbing up against yo hiney-hole! Use them wipes and keep that nasty ass cleant!

Oh I was thinking of parasites. Go to the doctor and check and see if you have parasites.
