That was fun to see

Thanks Corny

OMG THE GREAT MOUSE DETECTIVE.

Awesome movie.

AND LOL.

So clever of disney. No wonder they made millions.

Now I wonder if you can compare the current disney films today with each other.

Although seeing as how disney pretty much abandoned cartoon animation.

I guess you'd compare the 3D films. I think Lilo and Stitch was the last canon disney animated film :(

But wasn't it Pixar who actually made the 3D CGI and disney just "Presented" it for them.

Because it always used to say, "Disney present a pixar movie"

I think Chicken Little was the first movie that disney did with CGI where they didn't have pixar make it for them but it was very similar to pixar.

But I'm not sure.

That's because Pixar was bought out by Disney and is now a part of the Disney corporation. So now it's simply "Disney Presents"

Also, to the original poster, all cartoon companies recycle scenes like that. Especially in parts of a cartoon/movie that is meant to be filler to stretch the movie like extended song and dance scenes.

Oh hell no. God I met Walt Disney's reincarnation on the disney cruise a year ago. Even though he is young. He is sure to be the face of disney someday.

Walt Disney is probably sending messages from the afterlife

"PLEASE STOP HANNAH MONTANNA"

I don't think Walt Disney would have ever even done something like disney channel. Even though it originally did used to be good.

But just what disney has become. Ugh..

Selling sex to little kids with the Jonas brothers.

And making little girls wanna be sluts. Hannah Montanna.

God I actually do hope that they rape the hell out of Hannah Montanna for all they can. I don't think anything could be worse then her and the jonas brothers. But seeing as what disney is now. I think it could somehow be worse. So I'd rather them continue with this shit so the worst can be delayed.

And yeah I know that Pixar was bought out by disney. But I don't even think that they say "Disney Presents" anymore. I think the last movie they did that with might have been monsters inc. or finding nemo. Or maybe it was the incredibles.

But I'm pretty sure Cars, Ratatouille (OMG THAT'S ON SPELLING CHECK), and WALL-E have all been done after disney bought Pixar. I just never see that presented by disney thing anymore. If they bought Pixar then they don't really have a reason to say it.

Still, I don't think Walt Disney would've endorsed CGI.

But maybe he would've. Who knows.

But what I fucking know for absolute sure is that he would NOT have endorsed that fucking shit Hannah Montana and that High School Musical tripe. Jesus fucking Christ, I bet he's spinning in his grave fast enough to disrupt the sun's gravitational pull over THAT shit.

Actually Walt Disney was a pervert, money hungry and a thief. I think he would be proud of most of those things. Uncle Walt was not like what most thought him to be. He just happened to be a great businessman.

Do you have evidence to prove this. I have heard similar rumors, but nobody can ever show actual proof.

I have some books that I will try to post a link to that talks about it some. Its kind of a big thing that Diney CO. trys to crush though so it is usually only bits that can be found. Most people that write about Disney want the Disney CO. to help sell their book and they wont do that if they make Walt look bad.

Give me a few and I will post a link.

This book use to have it a little bit, but it has been revised many times over the years. My copy is a big collectors edition that was bought for $200 and it is about 15 pounds in weight so this is a different edition than what I have. I don't know if it would be in here or not. Esner wrote the foreward on this edition.

This book sound as if it might.

I know there is a book out there, but I can't remeber the name of the author or title, but it was about his personal life mostly. Like I said it kind of hard to find the info. There is too much money in play. If Walt was alive I doubt the company would have stayed as "nice" as it has been.

Probably; he preferred things look reasonably natural; CG is definitely not that....

On this, we need to disagree. Just look at how many of the Mousketeers were in Disney movies, Disney records, Disney souvenirs, even Disneyland itself. Disney was definitely about getting what he could out of his young stars....

Disney doesn't hide the fact they they re-used animation though. I think it was in the Sleeping Beauty special commentary where they said that they re-used a backdrop from the ending of Seeping Beauty in the ending of Beauty and the Beast. I don't see anything wrong with it. Why waste time recreating things when no one but total Disneyphiles will notice?

I got nothing specifically from pixar, but this somewhat shows how dreamworks is reusing their 3D facial expressions models :)

At least they didn't blatantly cut and paste from one movie to the next. A lot of cartoons do that within the same episode.

And I think that Walt Disney would have loved the 3D animation if he had lived to see it. It goes along with the whole Tomorrowland idea with all those robots in that show/ride in Disneyland.

And yes, Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers are the modern day Mickey Mouse Club.
