Actually there are two kinds of quorum; a greater one is required for financial business. Just the Republicans have enough for the lesser quorum, which I think covers everything else.

I like the way the Packers and Wisconsin work together both for the team and the state. I cannot see anyway Walker will pass this bill.
Maybe the Packers can use him in practice.

Valid but for the most part void: the Senate is acting as though it can exercise authority that is given to "the legislature". Then there are ones like the fines and the "in contempt" (of the Senate), which have no authority whatsoever.

I don't know what is required for a quorum for changing the Senate rules, or if there are any other types of quorum.

The Milwaukee teachers union has dropped a lawsuit seeking to get its taxpayer-funded Viagra back.

The union sued in July 2010 to force the school board to again include the erectile dysfunction drug and similar pills in its health insurance plans.
