Wine and Wok

Freshly sliced onion, pungent garlic, sage, thyme, zesty ginger, sesame oil, jasmine rice and tender beef. All of them combine in a storm of heat and spices in my little iron wok.

I've only cooked for myself tonight but wish I had someone to dine with me. Cooking is world delight that fills the belly and warms the heart. It is so very satisfying to share your well cooked food with friends and more. To see the smiles on their faces when they take not the first, but, the second, third, and fourth bites is rewarding beyond compare.

Well worth the money for a little iron wok.
