Woke up and went to yoga class today, I had a headache last night that kept me company all the way through to this morning, I kissed Josh goodbye and decided to show up to yoga class, I was 2 minutes late as I wasn't even planning on going but I didn't want to be blue with a headache in bed.

There was no time to do anything else in between so on my drive there I remembered I had a ton of red onions the night before with a golden beat salad and hadn't even bothered to put deodorant on after leaving our apartment. Or shower. My decision to go to class was so last minute and I didn't want to miss it as I very much enjoy this yoga instructor.

It was so good seeing her as it had been some time since I showed up to her class. Hearing her voice made me smile, feeling the burn of every position she had us in and feeling my muscles regain their balance was pretty fucking great. Knowing that the entire room smelled like my armpits and onion breath was not so good, but I was confident enough to keep up the hard work while simultaneously appreciating everybody's silence over my beastly smell.

Does anyone have some good book recommendations? I'm about to finish a couple books and would like to have a list. I like books on psychology, sexuality, addictive behavior and really dark stories.

Not a book recommendation, but a short story. A Good Man Is Hard To Find is a favorite, by Flannery O'Connor. You can find it in a book by the same title, a collection of her short stories.

As to the headache, you might consider that the onions were the cause. It's possible, especially if you had a lot of them. You may be sensitive to a chemical in them, tyrmine: https://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/tyramine-and-migraines#1. It doesn't mean you are allergic or cannot eat them, but eating much of them may be a trigger.

Also, if the beets were pickled, not fresh, they could be a contributor. Or, neither food could be related, but something to consider.

I didn’t realise that the blogs were working again.

May be it is time to restart mine.

I'm not a fan of the "rate this entry" feature. Who is to say a blog entry is excellent or poor? It's a blog. That's like judging someone's diary entry.

Informative, thank you!
