Reminds me of a Blonde joke:

Two blonds are trying to open the door to their car. The first says, "I can't find the right key."

The second blond says, "Well, you better hurry. It looks like it's going to rain and the top is down."

LOL! Hilarious.

And it sounded real as well. You can't fake those awkward silences.

OMFG !!! #-o

I think I could here the 911 operator rolling her eyes and trying to hold back a laugh!

There was this 911 call I heard about. A woman called 911 and asked the operator to identify the officer who came to her home. She thought the guy was really cute and wanted to know more about him. I think she got cited.

It is funny but also really annoying. Stupid calls waste time for those who really need help.

You need to be pretty desperate to do that. That should have been a good point in her defense at court.

Can't tell if it was fake or not. I think there is a 50 percent chance that it was fake. Or it could have been fake and real..

How it can be that I don't know.

Regardless...

It was good acting if it was fake. I've seen people do stupider things than that. So I wouldn't put it past her.

I live in Kissimmee and believe me, she is one of the smarter ones around here.

I work with emergency agencies a lot...this call does not surprise me at all.

And people wonder why 911 centers are overloaded and real emergency calls get put on hold or take time to answer!?!

I have a real life experience of helping a woman who was locked out of her car in the grocery store lot. For some reason the remote control would not unlock the door. Battery I guess. I could tell she was very upset. So I suggested she try to unlock the door with the key. It opened of course and she was really embarrassed.

I heard that on the Stupid News. You know the 911 lady is trying not to laugh her ass off. She sounds a little sarcastic (rightly so) - just pull the lock up on the door. You can pull the lock up even if the electrical....

DUMBASS. :##:

This reminds me of the time that I watched that Family Guy episode where Peter locks himself in his car...*flashback sequence commences*.

I had a couple of books of "stupid 911 calls". One woman actually called 9-1-1, and said she was "looking for the number to 9-11, but there was no 11 on her phone." the operator said "this IS 9-11. 9-1-1 and 9-11 are the same thing." The woman argued with the operator, saying she didn't believe her, and hung up.......

What about the 911 call from the guy who needed assistance reaching a telephone company operator (you know, the people you dial 0 for)?
