I don't collect the adventures of our fair Diana, but I certainly appreciate her role and her place in comic book history.

I'm still waiting to see who Joss Whedon picks to play Wonder Woman. The man cannot do wrong, which is why I bow at his alter. I hope he picks Morena Baccarin (Inarra from Serenity/Firefly).

I would love to see a non-Caucasian WW this go-around. Especially a spicy Latina chica.

Am I the last remaining gay man who likes Wonder Woman....?

No, I love Wonder Woman. Lynda Carter was born to play Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
All the world's waiting for you,
and the power you possess.

In your satin tights,
Fighting for your rights
And the old Red, White and Blue.

I'm a huge Wonder Woman fan since childhood!! I couldn't agree with you more I would love to see a Latina as Wonder Woman. However you forgot one...Barbara Mori...she's stunning and since the first time I saw her thought she would make a great Wonder Woman. I am however very nervous about the movie I would hate it to be another Catwoman especially since I heard the rumor that he's going to change the costume completely.

She's ok, but I never got why would someone fly an invisible jet if people could still see you through it. Maybe she was jeaulous of Superman?

Then again, I only saw that in Super Friends.

I never got that either but that wasn't only in Super Friends it was also in the Wonder Woman TV Series (which looked really funny) and also in the new JLA cartoon. I'm sure they'll leave that out of the movie though.

I read an interveiw where Joss said he had a really good idea for the invisible jet, that wouldn't make it seem so campy, but useful... he is talented!

I can't remember where I read that, but I'm sure someone could find it...

Well Lynda Carter is Latin so there has already been a Latina Wonder Woman. Ms. Carter is a tough act to follow. For the new movie, casting is essential. Without the right actress, you've got no Wonder Woman.

I love the character and every incarnation. For fans only familiar with WW from the old TV show, check out an episode of Justice League on Cartoon Network whenever it airs. She plays a prominant role on the show and this is the best animated version of WW.

Jennifer Lopez's booty is too big too for her to play Wonder Woman. All that ass would be easily detected in the invisible jet.

The chick who played Jack's wife in BBM could make a credible Wonder Woman.

Anne Hathaway?

I think Jennifer Connelly is a dead-ringer for WW, but she might be too old by Hollywood standards.

Oh man... She would be awesome. But her bio on yahoo says she was born in 12/1970. That would make her 35. It could be stretch for the fickle studios, but I can see it. She's a beautiful woman and she has acting chops to spare.

I agree she would make a great choice for Wonder Woman but I think I read somewhere that they were looking for someone young and a possible unknown not any big names probably the way they did with the new Superman.

They need a noname. Even even if she's not actress. They should go to Europe. Find a woman that matches the physique and more importantly the personality of Wonder Woman. She's extremely well-spoken.

Lindsay Lohan has expressed her interest in playing Wonder Woman. Luckily, Joss Whedon is a smart man and would never let such a thing happen.

Lindsay Lohan??? As Wonder Woman???
Pardon me, I think I need to vomit. (*p*)

I'm a fan! I was born in 1970 and was dazzled by the TV series when I first saw it at age 6. I bought the comics for many years after that and started buying them again last year. Also the DVDs.

Thing is, my friends inundate me with Wonder Woman stuff, more than I want or need. Lightswitch covers, calendars, piggy banks, etc. I don't need all that decor!

Still my favourite fictional character though!
