Word Aversion

As long as it is not used repeatedly, words don't normally bother me, except for "you know what I mean."

Drive Through and Drive-Thru are used interchangeably in the USA. In fact, Drive-Thru is probably more common. Language changes over time. It changes with generations and locations. Being upset about it, probably not going to force it back to the original. But some changes/trends to fade away. Totally! ;)

Nice :)

I used a lot of kumquat halves and slices in syrup for garnishing fancy canapes and elegant open face sandwiches. Mostly with smoked turkey.

Love spotted dick and sticky toffee pudding and trifle.
