Word of warning when cooking

Is there a cooking thread? Anyway. The type of onion makes a difference. The round yellow onions are hell on my eyes and sinuses. The reds are no no no. I buy the white onions.... they seem sweeter. The flatter the better and I don't go blind while slicing them if I remember the fan. Not a fan of onions, I HATE the random crunch in my food. Did I just break a tooth?
Stroganoff cooks long enough that the onions melt into flavored sugar. Pretty neat.

Yes. https://forums.justusboys.com/threads/cooking-questions.511399/
It's been dormant for three months, so it'd be great for you to get it going again.

And there's a separate pizza thread.
