Thats one I wish I had used 40 years ago and only heard it a few years back.
But you must use it.
Don't always assume that older guys have a monopoly on wisdom.If there's one thing jail taught me it's that old guys are just as stupid as young guys, and they've had more time to learn (or not learn).
