Calming as in traffic calming. For those of you living in Bumfuck, MT, these are measures that are designed to piss off any normal motorist and are put in place due to local residents complaints. These measures include no left turn, no right turn, speed bumps, road narrowing etc.
This is good grounds for bringing in Dictatorships that will not be influenced by NIMBY idiots.

Absolutely hate the word "faggot". Don't mind "gay". Oh, "homosexual". Might be just me but most of the times i've heard it used it sounded a little condescending. It's like people are afraid to say "gay".
