Work Full-Time, Student, Excercise???

The first thing to check is whether your school has a gym available to students. That's what those student fees are supposed to pay for.

If so, then you have a solution to both the cost of a gym and access to a treadmill.

A gym at school is a good place to start, so is the cardio. You will feel better once you start dropping a few pounds. I gym is worth it, if you will go. You have to make time in your day to workout, and do it, get in and get it done in one daily session and it's over. I can't imagine the weather is too bad in AZ right now, get outside and get moving.
 it takes effort

many swimming halls open early, so you can go and swim a few rounds before school 1-2 a week, and do something more on the weekend

well i don't go to swimming halls, or public gyms. i do my thing at home. i work and go to school. i put in 3 days of the week to do like 1hr to 1hr 15 min workout worh of excercise. i am just beginning, so i do 100 pull ups, 100 dips, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats. and i am plan on buying some dumbells and weights, because i plan to add muscle. what i am doing is good, but after a while it gets old and your body slowly reacts to the exercise.

TBH, 100 of each workout is a waste of time ](*,)

I work full time, 6 days a week during the mornings and early afternoons, also take a class on the evenings and I still squeeze in time to go to the gym, I've been going for an hour and a half to 2 hours, after work and before class, 2 to 3 times a week and it's working out just fine. Sure, I feel tired as hell by the end of the day, but it keeps me full of energy and makes me feel great. My school doesn't have a gym of its own, but I found one that gives a pretty fair discount to students from my uni and that helps a lot. Sometimes even if the discount is not offered, you could try to bargain for one, never hurts to try.

How far away are your home, work and school from each other? Is there any way you can walk or bike?

Wake up earlier to run to work.
You only need 8 hours of sleep.
Problem solved, everything else is an extremely lame excuse and shows lack of discipline and motivation. Also shows your future, that you will go back to this self destructive behavior and return to the bad shape you had after whatever training/diet you do now.

Don't forget that you need both CARDIO and WEIGHT LIFTING to get in shape.
Not just one, but BOTH.

you dont need cardio if you have a low body fat and plan to gain muscles, anyways

Bullshit, you do.
To gain muscles you need to be above you daily need of calories.
And to gain muscles and be above your daily need of calories will also cause some fat (aka bulking up) and in which case you might need to wear off, as with cardio.
You want lean physic and your muscles showing, you need to bulk up, and then define your muscles with both cardio and weights, simple as that.

They work in symbiosis.
To leave one out of the other is retarded if you wanna get in shape.
And there are _OTHER_ benefits, he said he want to exercise, do both.

I am sorry it was the 60 mph / 30 minutes that fucked it up for me.
That means
96.56 KM/H
Which also means that if you drive for 30 minutes you only got 48 km to work.
That is _NOTHING_ with a bike.
Extra 3 minutes.

FYI I only sleep 6 hours per day and I feel fine.
It's about getting adjusted.

Other then that I can say do some explosive sprinting in the morning for 30 minutes (sprint 5 minutes, jog 2, rinse and repeat)
However that requires that you stretch before and know what you are doing.
That is you don't sprint with wrong technique, both your muscles and breathing must be perfect.

That way you can get an hour jogging into 30 minutes explosive training....or something like that (don't got all the numbers) but they are pretty close.

As long as you get your pulse up 70% and keep that for 30 minutes you should do some good training and then chill with EPOC for the rest of the day.
Also check your diet.

EPOC -> Burn of calories after exercise (just by sitting at your desk and etc..)
It's only a _MARGINAL_ help, and nothing you should rely on but also interesting to know about the after burn :)
As I said, you should check your diet as well.

After all it's all about calories in/out.

At least I'm motivated to ask for help and try to work out something.

That kinda made me lol for an hour or two ^^
Jeez.... I bet you don't know how to run (you know, when you move your legs really fast)

Because if you were, thats what you would be doing instead of writing that.
I mean come on, do you really measure motivation like that?

Lots of people gave you some great tip now.
Post some before pics, and get going :)
Get a journal up.
Date - miles/km - minutes - sprint sessions(how many time you sprinted for a full minute)

Put that in an excel char or something.

I also suggest one more time to look over your eating habits :) Just to be on the safe side.

I think a lot of people are in the same boat as you. i for one work 40 hrs a week and am a full time student. I've managed to compile my school schedule into only two days a week vs. 4. i must say, im not as dedicated to doing homework, etc. as others but i get the job done, eventually. i have procrastinated and made excuses all my life about exercise. "ohh im so tired" "i work to much" blah blah blah. if you really wanna do it, you can find time. i go after school monday and wednesday around 9 or 10 at night for a good hr. exercise. i usually go again either on friday at 6 after work or around 9 after work, depending on my shift. Then i usually go out till 2 dancing and drinking at a local pub, bar or club. on the weekends i try to find time after work around 4 or 5pm before the gym closes. its up to you. if you really want it, you CAN find the time. otherwise theres no use complaining. just gotta make time.

And thanks for the lack of discipline and motivation comment. It may sound stupid for me to make sure I perform well at work since that's how I'm making my income and also to perform well in school, since I'm investing thousands of dollars and time to earn a degree and improve my life. I know how Sosilly it sounds for being concerned how fitting in a full workout would interfere with my schedule.

At least I'm motivated to ask for help and try to work out something.

I applaud any slight attempt towards getting healthier and fitter.
Here's what I think you should do, regardless of what other here seems to think (I didnt read the whole thread, sry..).

1. Attitude! Show us that you want it, or else you will get comments like the ones youve been getting. Ranting and raving isnt gonna get you anywhere. Ignore the negative people.

2. Find 2 hours of free time in the week to do some exercise routine. If you want me to help find some exercises where you could get a full body workout with your dumbbells, I'll do my best. Try to jog before bedtime. Not only is it healthy, it helps you sleep better.

3. Go to a gym in weekends, saturday and sunday. Work hard!

4. Diet: Make sure you eat healthy (this should really be #1). When you are very busy this can be tricky, but there's lots of good tips online.

Up until just recently, I've had two jobs + school. I found time for 4 hours in the gym and some running. A few hours a week is all you need, it really isnt more complicated than that. If you still think it is, see #1;)
