k, most of the people covered it already.
I am like you as well.
What i do is:
drink down a protein drink each day or every other day. If you just worked out, drink the shake immediately after working out UNLESS your about to eat a well balanced meal right after. get the 'teins in you asap.
try to eat more icecream, has some good fats in there for ya.
Like other said, fish is very good for you in many ways.
try eating alot of carbs, not just whatever food you can find... pasta with meat sauce is good.
also, when working out, don't try to push yourself too hard, because most likely you will lose 'form' and risk hurting yourself. Do weights you can control. If you are going to a good gym, there's usually someone on the floor who you can ask if your form is good.
