Madonna's Hard Candy

I just wished she wasn't trying too hard to be hot. Not saying because she's older that she has to be boring-- but come on! Like Dion, this was embarrassing...

I see what they were trying to do with that font, but it just looks so amateur and unprofessional. That background is hideous, imo...even though they were trying to do the hard candy theme. It's an eyesore...

I agree with both of you, but usually I don't give a damn on Celine Dion's music. Hard Candy is a good album, I like most of its tracks. Nevertheless, the cover of that album just can't match its super cool content: the color, the style of the letters are simply ugly, and old-fashined for the album.

This is my favorite person in the world, BUT...

I wonder how she killed Big Bird? Beheading, maybe? Then to dye his feathers white and drape it over those long luscious legs that we love to see, I just...WHY Mariah, WHY?! How many chickens had to die for your album inserts??????

And Britney's cover was pretty shiteous too. She's lucky the album is good. lol

I AM... by beyonce. Loving the idea of monochrome photography but maybe wash the weave, B.

Spirit by Leona Lewis. The 1st version head on shot looks like she didn't realise the guy was there, the 2nd edition of her away from him is more 'oh, you're still there?'. Though respect where it's due for not trying to vamp it up in some hideous barely there outfit.

Discipline by Janet Jackson. No so much the Bondage by definately Masochistic.

Eat me Drink Me by Marilyn Manson. Usually Manson does incredible artwork to accompany his albums (Mechanical Animals is awesome artwork), but just like the album itself the cover looks half arsed, shabby and thrown together. The album is much better live.

Keane. Whatever their new drivel...I mean, album is called, they should have gone to proffessionals for their artwork, not a Foundation Art and design student. Nasty.
