I think some of it would have to do with curiosity. It's kind of like a new kink/fetish, you don't know if you're going to like it until you actually try it. Some might get off simply because they're getting sucked but the fact that it's a guy doesn't appeal to them, others might feel like it's something they enjoy and it could help them discover something else about themselves.
