I think one of the great lessons of the Gospel lies in the way in which Jesus habitually associated with people on the fringes of society.
The restrictions on homosexuality according to traditional Jewish belief have more to do with the fact the Levite's were a small clan and needed every man, woman and child to grow. They prohibited same-sex relationships because they needed more population.Traditional Jewish belief at the time was that homosexual behavior was a sin, so Jesus probably believed this as well. Although, we have no saying from him specifically on this topic.

Traditional Jewish belief of the time would have precluded his having any contact with a dead body, picking grain on the Sabbath or allowing a woman who had a "discharge" to touch him--- but the Gospels tell us he ignored those beliefs.
