No I wouldn't I would actually say "Thanks", but if you called me fat and ugly then yes I would be offended.

I wouldn't be offended; I'd be thrilled ... although I'd much rather be called an 'otter'. :D

Sadly, being called either will never happen as I do not have the youth of a 'cub' or the sleek build of an 'otter' ... and am a naturally smooth virtually hairless freak! :cry:

No offense to cubs and bears but they are generally larger and hairy, and many have accepted the label(s). Someone who is self conscious about their weight,?
Then again some people don't give a shit about what you call them. Those are the ones who want to get laid and could care less about dialog.

So yes. It wouldn't ruin the day but would def kill any deal.
If you called someone that and they flipped out I'd be like "really very sorry- wrong term- hope it didnt bother you"
especially if they were hitting on you or you were about to date em, then say sorry.
