I tend to think "no". You'd be for all practical purposes 2 separate people even the DNA came from just 1...

It might be a good way to determine if same sex attraction was due to nature vs. nurture. I believe it's the former.

Yep such an experiment done over multiple different sets of clones would very likely answer the question (and would be in my book a major ethics violation to actually do).
I also personally believe its Nature.
