Would you get pierced?

Had my tongue pierced in high school, never again will I pierce anything. If I'm ever in a fight I don't want my ear or nose or eyebrow gettin ripped off.
 
Some years back, I got my hand pierced in a lumbermill. I decided that the log and machine was a bit cumbersome and didn't make much of a statement other than 'I'm clumsy' so I had them removed and the hole stitched up.
 
I had an ear pierced that a friend did for me but I wouldn’t get anything pierced again, not my thing.
