From what I recall - eyes ("clean up and bag removal"), nose (reduction), lips (make fuller), ears (reshape), stomach and butt lipo. And although it's not technically plastic surgery, the big one is laser hair removal.

Is it rude? I don't think so. I consider it the same as them saying I'd look stunning in a $2000 Armani suit. I say "Thanks", and then don't really think about again until asked. :)

Years ago I would probably have had everything 'fixed if I could've afforded it ... eyes, ears, nose, mouth, teeth ... the full works of facial reconstruction and resculpting ... but nowadays if I had that sort of money I would spend it on more guitars and music gear.

I hate needles and only go anywhere near a doctor when I absolutely have to. There's no way I'd let a surgeon touch me for anything less than a life or death matter.

Although I take care of myself and think I look pretty good for my age (50), I'd have it in a heartbeat. I'd like to have some general smoothing out around my eyes and some work done under my chin to tighten the skin a little. I've always wanted a squarer jaw line, too, but that's low on my list. No radical work, however, just a little here and there so it's not noticable. Luckily, I've got some pretty good genes and take after my mother, who never looked her age. Of course, she had a little smoothing out along the way on her face and touches of lipo here and there, haha - typical Dallas woman. I'd never have lipo, though, since the fat will simply come back elsewhere. A friend's had that done several times (never really needed it but he thought he did) and he's all lumpy now. Thin but lumpy - yuk.

If Joan Rivers and Michael Jackson are examples, I would say No.

While I have a huge list of things I wish were different, my contempt for my own body isn't high enough that I would go through the cost, pain, and time to get everything I don't like 'fixed'.

Prooobably not.

Not because I find anything morally wrong with plastic surgery... Just because 9 times out of 10 it looks horrible.

I'm actually trying to save up the cash to have a tummy tuck.

I lost 250 pounds and there are just some areas of the body that can't naturally bounce back no matter how much time you spend in the gym.

You might be able to get that done for free. Hit me up for the info.

Well, during middle school I sort of broke my nose from volleyball. Yeah, not good if you're not paying attention. It's not that bad, but I remember there was some bleeding. My nose is now crooked. I guess if I had the money and it began to bother me, then I'd go under the knife...but I'd rather spend my money on something else.
