This was a really good contribution. I think we should remember that this is a clone of ourselves we are discussing though, not a duplicate with our same soul, experiences, self-ness. He would be a separate entity with his own sovereignty - his own desires and decisions and destiny. He would be a twin separated from us by age, is all.

In my defense, that was never really specified, and the situation is entirely hypothetical, meaning there's no reason why we couldn't be discussing more holistic duplicates (souls, memories etc.)

Personally, I think it's more enjoyable and interesting that way. I mean, if the topic pertained only to genetic replicas, it would quickly become a back and forth discussion arguing whether or not male incest is inherently immoral, and 90% of the replies would be "eww it'd be like having sex with my brother" etc.

There have been less of the above responses because people are having fun toying with the concept of having sex with somebody who knows their body as well as they do themselves (or whether or not they're their own type), as opposed to purely focusing on the genetic aspect of it.

Personally, as I alluded to in my previous post, I think the journey of discovering a partners' body; what turns them on, what makes them feel good etc. (and vice versa) is just as exciting and pleasurable as reaping the benefits of the discoveries. As gratifying as it would be to have sex with somebody who already knew exactly 'where I wanted to go' and 'how to get me there', it would be much more satisfying for me to know that we discovered those things together.
