I tend to do surveys only if I have something nice to say.

That defeats the purpose of the surveys. They are intended to help the company improve its training and procedures. If all they ever get is that everything's OK, then that's what they base their training procedures on. No need to change if everything comes up great. I agree that one doesn't need to use foul language when completing the survey, that also defeats the purpose, but one must be honest and point out the flaws. Otherwise one ruins the opportunity for improvement.

Thanks for all of your comments and interest, I wanted to give you an update.
They finally credited my payment to my account about an hour ago.
The next payment is due on the 25th of this month, I hesitate to make it out of fear of the same b.s.

I would suggest, if at all possible, that you find a different insurance provider. This one has proven untrustworthy. As I said in above posts, when they screw up like this can you be sure that anything they collect is secure? This includes money from you, financial data in processing payments, medical info among other things.

Always. I've been told and read that it can be very important to the person who has responded to my query, and that if a representative does not receive sufficiently good reviews, he or she is in danger of being fired. I took part in 2 surveys today--probably spent no more than 2 minutes on each.
