I'm just curious on your opinion on this issue. Let say you are single and meet this friendly guy. The guy and you seem to get along, with somethings in common. The guy dresses nicely, tries to keep his apartment clean, and is friendly and funny to you.

He opens up to you about his pass, mentioning his handicaps- such as slightly enlarge one hand, weak muscle in one eye, and diabetic. Would YOU continue to see him?

Yeah.

I'd like to think I was able to look past that. But until I was in that situation there is know way of really knowing how I would act.

Probably not. I have a thing about like, blemishes and stuff. Moles, birthmarks, scars, etc. are pretty much a deal-breaker...

I think my reaction would be the same.

I'm open to whatever might develop. It might not be an instant reaction, but I've met guys before with no intention of dating, and then the connection just happens.

Absolutely. If I would fall for a guy nothing else matters. It would be a pleasure to help him if he had a true handicap, such as being in a wheelchair or whatever. If you love someone nothing else matters, except his happiness and wellbeing, at least to me.

Of course. No one is perfect anyway, and there is always the possibility of something happening which causes an impairment or disfigurement. And, if we are lucky, we make it to old age, where your guess is as good as mine as to what could happen.

That would depend on the man. He'd have just as much chance of gaining my love as any one else.

I second this and add "You can't help who you fall in love with". If it was really love then you would already feel that you could/would/do.
