Concert I guess. I'd be very fussy about who I'd actually go to see. We've had big Guns n Roses and Black Sabbath events in Birmingham recently and I avoided both.

I'll say Haydn because I remember The Clock Symphony from my Music Appreciation course in college. In truth I still have my father's old Classical music record collection, and I could listen to both, except that my phonograph is now broken. For the most part I didn't get much past Beethoven and Tchaikovsky.

Basketball. Never a fan of volleyball.

I usually eat beef stew. But I've had pork steaks which have a nice flavor and succulence that beef steaks don't have, and that flavor would probably extend to pork stew.

Pizza. On the rare occasions I order a burger, it's almost inevitably chicken rather than beef.
