LOL, topic was passport (nationality/citizenship) in conjunction with taxes, vide supra. And guess what?
Monarchies generally call their nationals «subjects», and not only in conjunction with taxes. — That's a huge piece of honesty, compared to the euphemistic [«Republican»] term «citizen» ^^

I would like to think that we would have a revolution sometime in the future and get rid of the ridiculous concept of monarchy ... but we will probably end up becoming a Muslamic state long before that. :lol:
