Well, I don't agree with weed being illegal, so I wouldn't really have a problem with the fact that he was arrested for smoking it. Also, his being gang raped would be something that was terrible and beyond his control. If he was still mentally stable after all of that and had a personaity and body that I liked, I'd still continue dating him.
 
Yes! He'd have to get tested, but yes.
 
I'd be as likely to date him as anyone else...it depends on how he is. Then again, that's what should be done at any point.

I'd date him a lot faster than a Bisexual or a Republican or a mama's boy.

He's been a victim twice. Minor pot possession is a stupid, victimless crime and should not be illegal. He was thrown in jail because of a Draconian law created by William Randolph Hurst because he was losing too much money to hemp crops. In my opinion he did nothing wrong.

As far as being a victim of rape.. THAT would be me tread more softly... it's not a deal-breaker at all, but he'd have to be either receiving or have received counseling.. that's not something you can get over by yourself.
 
I couldn't care less about the pot thingy...that's not an issue, at all.
The rape thing, however, it's a HUGE issue. Like Jasun, it depends on weither he's been, is or will be in therapy 'cause I don't think I, personally, right now, could handle that much baggage.

There is no such thing as going to prison for a 'minor' weed bust. Possession or merely 'being high' on pot usually only results in the inconvenience of having your pot confiscated and a citation.
If the 'minor' weed bust means dealing in large quantities (pounds or kilograms) then it is not minor. that would fall under the classification of felony (i.e. major).
 
I would. The pot thing isn't a big deal to me and the rape I would be concerned about but I wouldn't blame or punish him for it.
 
yes. it dont bother me...i smoke so much weed, i cant be a hypocrite..
