This thread reminds me of two brothers who were featured in several magazines like Mandate, Inches, and Honcho back in the 80's. I guess not. At least, my dates recently have been as follows: meet a gay (having seen pictures first), have a beer (at his or my place), if things have an initial click we hit it off in the bed. A rule: always use a condom! As I said, I wish I was THAT brave, like some of you, to turn down opportunities in favor of getting to know the guy first. I usually do the opposite, first date usually ends up in wild horny sex, if the sex is good and the person seems nice I consider a second date... if the second date goes well I consider this person boyfriend material and I consider getting to know them... I may call them on the phone, we talk, plan to go out, watch movies etc. So far, this year I had 4 dates, 3 of them had a second meeting, non of them lasted. 2 of them because the other side lost interest in any further "getting to know one-other", the sexual part remained and we still meet just for sex... 1 of them wanted something more but I turned them down because they weren't my type...
