But if I'm single after those 6 years... I would be open to look into it.

Depends on many things though. If we were in a long relationship then the abandonment feeling would be true strong. If it's someone I just started to date before he moved then it's different.
 
Would I? No. Not for more than 12 months. I have to meet my needs too...sexual intimacy.
 
I actually don't mind waiting to be honest. But there's always things like the other cheating on the other during the wait and or some where along the line one of the party found someone else.
