Right. And if someone went to a tuberculosis ward in a hospital, and said "Oh! Did you just sneeze into your hand? Here, let me lick it! That's sexy!!! There's nothing quite as sexy as all the tuberculosis bacilli from your phlegm sliding down deep inside me," then we should not "protect that person's choice." We should confine them for treatment in the mental health ward on the other side of the hospital.
We don't need the debate about stigmatizing HIV when it has nothing to do with that. The bible has nothing to do with that. Fucked up behaviour is fucked up, and being okay with getting HIV, or giving it to someone, is fucked up.
