lol pff.... I don't have what it takes to grind yet another character up to 70, however, I do have my old account, with my alliance druid, hunter, and warlock.... wouldn't mind transferring my druid over to chill / help out with stuff, lol


Actually, I just looked up the Haomarush server, and its PvP, which means I'm SOL for my alliance chars, lol.... they're on Scarlet Crusade which is an RP server. (no, I'm not a drama, RP freak, its nice to read here and there if I'm in a weird mood, but I originally joined it to play with my friend, then she disappeared. And the "more mature" type of community grew on me)

My friends ended up rerolling as horde on Haomarush, so I'm back to Alterac Mountains as Bainbridge lol...42 Undead Warlock, constantly in ninja/pirate form. Undead are so ugly. FOR THE HORDE!

I'm definitely not a rp/drama freak or what ever, but I've always wanted to roll a RP character. None of my friends would go wit me though, lol. I think we're transfering to Laughing Skull sometime in August when my friend can transfer. I dont know if I'm going to go wit them, or transfer to a RP server.

hehe, I know how that feels, being dragged around with friends, while you want to proceed and progress =P

The cool thing about RP servers, is well... mainly the more mature community base. You don't have to RP, but as a player on an RP realm, you have to respect others right to role play, etc.... Besides, most actual RP is limited to specific RP guilds.

However, unless ya move to a RP-PvP realm, you'll be locked into the RP-PvE side of the game. Which means you "cannot" transfer back to a PvP server, so thats always something to think on.

I'm currently debating what to do server / guild wise with my warlock.

Its missing some of my newer gear, etc.. but its close enough, lol

As far as laughing skull goes, I've heard its one of the better PvP servers out there.

I also stumbled across a GLBT friendly guild that is looking to transfer to my current server, so I may end up staying and just guilding up with them. It would be such a nice relief to be with a mature, friendly group, as opposed to the 12 year old brats that run around spamming "l33t sp3@k" crap (which plagues alot of pvp servers), lol

i know...the cannibalize talent is a nice cloth-saver when you are poor or tailoring on a new server (and speeds up grinding if you don't have a healer, because you can chow down while bandage is on CD), but I think when I am wearing fully repaired level 65 blues and a purple or two, my leg bones shouldn't still be showing like something in the trash can at KFC, LOL. not to mention I have 400+ Stamina but look like I would snap in a light breeze. Why can't they make them look like Anne Rice's undead?

nice gear and talent build. i think they have caster-oriented enchants now for gloves, if you'd like that instead of the agility.
 
<I was the only one in Westfall last night :P. Alliance seem to have it harder, I seem to finish quests too fast, and not get very much experience out of it. I'm 14 in Westfall with only a quest to kill level 18 mobs =/>

If you dont mind the travel time, you can do the quests that are still at least green in the other races' level 11-20 zones. This will also get you honored faster with those races for the 10% discount from vendors, and that money adds up over time. they made faction leveling a lot faster. I was honored with my own race at level 10 and some of the others by 20.

lol!! yeah, I forgot about those crappy little enchants. I was originally leveling up enchanting, got it to 275, dumped about 400g in it and said screw it. DE'd some blues I had laying around, then dropped enchanting. ( I'm actually looking into getting some of the "good" enchants, but I don't want to go all out just yet until I have gear appropriate for it.)

Picking up mining, and never looked back. I make 800-1500g a week with it, as opposed to pretty much 0g income with enchanting.

Haha, 3y3 2 h@t3 l33t sp2@k!!!1111one!!!. You suck if you can read that, haha. Well I'm in the process of reinstalling WoW, I'd be interested in playing on a server as horde with ya, and anyone else who wants to roll something. Especially if there is a GLBT guild on the server willing to add me.

Anyone know of a way of tracking GLBT guilds? lol, that'd be fun. I def wouldn't mind doing some RP with the mature audience, definitely horde I guess...I just know that side a little better, and I can transfer my money maker over to support my new character lol. I wouldn't be opposed to a human warlock though.

I'm pretty sure theres only one "major" guild out there that is GLBT friendly, AND on pvp servers, lol..... which is "OZ" for the alliance, and "WICKED" for the horde.

I'm also in the process of joining them. They're most likely moving servers, as their current one is a dying realm, but are looking around to find the best server possible. Which might actually be the one I'm currently for them, lol... (Eredar, PvP)

Think I'll have a chance of being able to join if I rolled a Blood Elf warlock on Eredar? That's awesome that they run 2 separate guilds like that, must be a pain, lol. Also, I just want to play horde, and need some fellow players, so I don't care where I play really, just prefer horde. Which do you think you'd stick around on? I'd be cool with PvE.

I'm pretty sure from what I've read, that they will go to Eredar, "IF" they do infact choose to finalize the move.

Most of the more active members seem to want to go, but theres a few who are resistant.

I'm actually considering creating another character / alt here as well (Eredar,pvp). Not sure what though, perhaps a healadin..... god they're healing is OP'd in group PvP, lol!! Maybe another hunter, or warrior, who knows..... =(

In a way though.... I do wish I was on an RP-PvP server. I don't want to completely abandon the option to PvP in in the world, (despite it being pretty much non-existant) RP realms tend to be more mature IMO.

And thus my struggle, lol Since the WICKED guild is set on staying PvP.
 
You really got me interested in the RP aspect of the game, lol. That's the only problem I've had with the game is the immaturity of most the players (and why I'm not alliance =p) I think I'm going to roll a BE Warlock on Eredar, unless I can get my healer name "Dean" but I doubt it, lol. So I'll probably be Bainbridge.

If you wanna group/quest that makes the levels go by soooo much faster, lol. I hope they do transfer to Eredar, then I'll clear my old server and compile all the cash on one character and bring him over here...lol

Right, and you don't have to go to the hassle of meeting up with people to make the money or get a passive-aggressive argument that you should charge 10s for a high level enchant because someone else does (I just say if they want it that cheap, go to the other person or level it yourself)..just put it up on the auction house with a little timing. I loved when I used to try to sell enchants to people and they would keep putting the low level mats in the trade window instead of the ones I just told them 5 seconds ago...
 
I'm not exactly sure what's goin on, but we decided last night to go to either Earthen Ring or Kirin Tor (RP servers) as horde. Just something to change it up a little bit. I ended up getting off before we decided. I'll let ya know.

All PvP is done in BG's now a days, you know that :p I think we're set on rolling on a RP server, it sucks starting new on a server, or rerolling because there are a bunch of bored 70s running around ganking. So what's the point of being on a PvP realm? We're still working on where to roll, lol. It'll have the RP tag on it.

I don't know what happened to bzeus, so today I'm going to start a BE warlock tomorrow after the gym on Alterac Mountains. I have cash and bags, and once I get high enough I'll figure out where to transfer. I'm waiting on <WICKED> (which yes is an awesome show) to figure out if they're goign to transfer or stay on their server.
