They are. But capturing a wrestler with a boner on pic or vid is rare. I mean a real wrestler, not staged / porn.

I recently asked a younger friend who wrestled in hs and he told me no one really wore and some no jocks. I asked why he said it added weight so most guys went without it. When I was in hs the guys all wore cups.

yes it adds weight- but you can weigh nude then put the jock/singlet on after....I did- mainly because I feared getting hard and letting others know I was gay...of course- exerting physical activity keeps you from getting hard, testosterone goes elsewhere- didn't know that back then :)
