On the early 2000s rendition of the TV game show "Hollywood Squares", there were two continuing running jokes, both of whom started by comedian Gilbert Gottfried (forgive the earlier misspelling). I say continuing running jokes, because Gilbert would use them every time he came on, throughout all of the seasons of the early 2000s HS run. One was the "YOU FOOL!" joke, seen in this clip here. You can watch the clip to see how this one plays out.
The other of the two running jokes (that I was, unfortunately, not able to find on YouTube) was that when Tom asked Gilbert a question, Gilbert would just blurt out, "Delaware!!!", and the whole studio, the audience, the celebrities, everybody would just start laughing hysterically. The humor in the joke was that Gilbert's yelling out of Delaware was so completely out of the clear blue. He just had this pitch-perfect way of making it absolutely hilarious.
