Writing on the wall, i mean underwear

I just fooled around with this guy, he is taking a shower now but the thing is i was or am looking at his underwear and i saw/see that he has/had written his name on the inner lining of his boxer shorts.

How weird is that?

Why on earth would a person write their name on a pair of boxer shorts?

So what, incase its lost the person that finds it can return it?

Anyone ever seen or heard of something like this before because i have never come across anyone that has written their name on their underwear.

i have no problem with you living vicariously through me, but seriously though has anyone ever heard or seen this phenominon before of a person writing thier name on thier underwear. What is the point of doing that?

Ok he just left wearing his underwear. I didnt ask him because im not sure why it just seemed odd for me to ask me him directly right then and there.

I wanted to keep his boxer shorts as a momento of our trist, but how could i have?

I couldnt keep a pair of boxers that has a mans names clearly writtn on it. What if later down the line someone else sees it they would wonder i have anothers mans boxers and that would be awkward.

No i already knew his name and besides during the love making process he occasionally asked

"Whats my name, whats my name" and i told him what his name was, so thats not it. Maybe i'll just ask because its really bugging me and it was a nice pair of boxers too and now they are tarnished with his marker writings.

It could be any number of reasons. Not knowing your locations reduces this, but in any place where it could possibly become mixed up with someone elses. For example, if a person is in the navy and on a ship, a berthings laundry is done as a whole and used to sort who's is who's. And as the guy with the nice feet said, he may enjoy camp..a lot.

When I was at boarding school, it was compulsory to have a label with our name sewn on every garment, including underwear. This obviously for laundry sorting, as we were going home for Christmas and Easter only.
And when I started my career in a shirtmaker shop, we has customers for made to measure boxer shorts and their initials were hand embroidered on them !

Ever since the Sharpie Pen Commercial with the contruction worker wearing underwear with "Bob" written on the band, I have put different names on the bands of my boxers just for fun. I have a pair of striped "Raoul's" that are my favorite.
