I'm concerned about your professor though. She outed this guy to you even though he is in the closet. That really wasn't fair to him.

In the end, things have worked out, but what she did to him, she can do to you. Unless you want her telling others about you, I'd visit with her and make sure she understands that what you told her, you told her in confidence and that you expect her not to repeat it. Unless, of course, you want her to tell other gays she knows who come to her like you did, then that's another matter.

And BTW I already spoke to her about the "outing" she did to Micheal. I told her that I thought, although good in the end, it was definilty the wrong thing to do to a person. I did ask her not to do that to me and she told me I could trust her and that she wouldnt let it slip.

She obviously regretted doing that. She did say that part of the reason she did tell me is because I am a naturally outgoing kinda guy and that I would make an attempt to get to know Micheal who is definilty more naturally reserved.

All in all I really like her, but I was very worried about that from the begining.

I am in an unbelievably wonderful mood right now! When i got to work my dad was like WTF are you so happy for. It was a really funny moment because all I could think of was "if only you knew!"

BTW is there any way to add something to the title of this thread?
