Isn't Arkansas pushing to teach, or already does, [strike]Fairytales Grimm[/strike] errr.... "creationism" in science class? If so, the list makes perfect sense.

However, to any thinking person, Dick Cheney is clearly more evil than GW Bush. I mean who's a fault? The retard? Or the bully that pushed the retard, who didn't really know much, to do things?

I personally think a few people may be above #3 however. Where does Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Jeffery Dahlmer, Than Shwe, Nicolae Ceaușescu, and others fit?

Pol Pot.... massacred millions of his own people. He ranks up there with one of the worst.

Idi Amin, not only killed his own people, but ate them too.

Ceaușescu is one of my favorite asshole dictators. He was a megalomanic and his demonic wife treated their people like insects..... in fact Elena referred to them as such. Constructed a jeweled palace while the Romanians froze. While being taken to be executed, she complained the wrist binders were too tight. The man guarding her replied what difference does it make as in a few minutes you will be dead. Arrogant to the end.

Stalin is responsible for the deaths and misery of millions. He whould be up there on the list also.

I always wander why hitler is the most notorious one, with less numbers.

Simple: he was deliberately trying to exterminate specific ethnic peoples. Stalin didn't particularly care who he killed, if they were in the way.
