I loved the episode. There have been better of course but it was solid episode. And the ending makes a good possible new storyline...it'll be interesting to see how he's gonna deal with fatherhood...that VERY promising.

Agreed that Rita being pregnant is going to be a whole lot of fun for dexter to deal with (even if you could see it coming), just the whole "I'm making pudding, OH NO I'M PREGNANT!"
Just screams deus ex machina to me, and I hate deus ex machina :grrr:

I wonder if the murder stroyline is going to span the whole series, it seems to be almost over before it has begun :confused:

I've been pretty disappointed with this show since the beginning of season two. It's seemed to have followed the same path of Desperate Housewives. Brilliant first season, then they just didn't know what the hell to do with it afterward.

Desperate Housewives has picked itself up along the way, but Dexter is losing my interest as the episodes go by.

To be honest, I've become more interested in his sister and Batista, than the main character himself.

The Lila shit was one of the most annoying storylines I've seen on television in quite some time.

I liked the Lila storyline. It was interesting to see how he dealt with someone just as, if not, more disturbed than he is. It kinda made him confront himself, she put him to the test. That storyline totally made sense to gain more insight on what goes inside of him and for him to question himself.
