Ian Turnbull made fun of his own decline in the polls by mocking Trump in his speech at the Mid-Winter Ball.

Adopting the mannerisms of the president, he says their meeting was "beautiful. It was the most beautiful putting-me-at-ease ever".
"The Donald and I, we are winning and winning in the polls. We are winning so much, we are winning, we are winning like we have never won before," he said.
Mr Turnbull saw a 10-point drop in approval ratings for his government in a March poll, with only a slight recovery in the latest May numbers.

It is not behind a paywall but you have to turn off any ad blockers or in my case ScriptSafe to see it. The complaint I have about the anti-ad blocker checks that more and more news sites are doing, I don't have a problem letting ads through but I do want control of what scripts run on my machine.

^ I wonder if it involves Canadian algorithms. I have never subscribed, and it lets me read articles, though I don't overdo it at all. It does ask me to turn off the ad blocker.

They're asking you to subscribe for "unlimited" access. What about LIMITED, where maybe you read a few articles per month, like I do? I know that the New York Times lets me read 10 articles free per month without subscribing, but past that I would need to go through the paywall.

I deleted my cookie from Washington Post and it let me view the article.

I didn't deleete the cookie, but I just went there again and the page opened and stayed with no subscription request.
