I saw the advert (down below), so I decided, "Yeah, I'm gonna do it!"

So thank you American guys for this! I know circ rates are high in the US, and I'm proud to be like most of you in this way now.
I phoned yesterday afternoon, and they said "So are you gong to come tomorrow morning?". I was a little startled that it would happen so fast, but I said "Yes!". I knew if I delayed, I'd get nervous and probably never go for it.
I was there at 8am... about an hour of filling in forms (usual tedium: has anyone in your family ever had diabetes, do you take aspirin, etc.), then from about 9 to 10, I was on my back on the table being cut! Local anaesthetic only - no other drugs at all. Female surgeon, which was Ok but unexpected. I asked her to cut it tighter than she usually did on other patients, and she was initially reluctant. But I said I was sure I knew the consequenses and that's what I wanted.
I won't know for 2 days what exactly it looks like, which is when I'm allowed to take off the bandage.
It hurt MILDLY for about an hour after the anaesthetic wore off, and since about 3pm today it has felt no different to normal. It does not hurt AT ALL, and I have taken no tablets.
The worst part.... no wanking for way too long :-(
