I'm home from school after completing and handing in a long assignment. I don't have work today and have the house to myself all day and won't be doing any assignments (even though I have an essay due next Tuesday.)

I think my Itunes needs some major updating so I might spend some time on that, but first I might play some Marvel Vs. Capcom.

I'm amazed how few respondent here, said anything involving walking out their front door! Now, during the Winter, yeah...too cold, and it's easier to hibernate inside. But in the Spring or Summer......

Charge up your cell phone. Fill up the gas tank. make sure you have some $$ with you......and get in your car, get on the highway, (or even back roads) and drive. It might be best to start out in the mid or late morning or so. The best part of taking a road trip with no destination in mind, is getting lost. Really. Drive in one direction for an hour or so, then take a random turn. Follow it, and do the same a bit later. We are so use to "having to have a place to go", or "needing to be somewhere familiar". Taking a trip like this, you end up finding things/places, that you never knew existed near you. As I said, the best part is getting lost and having to use your instincts to find your way back. I'm usually too broke to do this on a regular basis, but I try to do it at least twice a year during good weather. For me, it is SO relaxing. Just drive and daydream.

I actually had the afternoon off today as well. The internet went out at my work at around 1:00 today, and about an hour and a half later they learned it wouldn't be on anytime soon, so most of us were sent home. Except today they were having a launch party at the office, so I stayed until around 6:30.

If I were to have gone home, I would have probably watched a movie or played games. Just relax, I guess.
