You want to think long and hard about this one. No pun intended.
I'd simply weigh as many pros and cons as possible and try to factor in as many variables as possible, too. This is all really about your future, so you want to be as careful as you possibly can.
On the upside, you want to know, what is it in it for you?
How much cash are we really talking about?
How many working hours are we talking about for that amount?
What is it that you really have to do there? Not every company is Fratmen and there is so much more going on there than we, as final consumers get to see on the screen.
What is the actual personal value of the 'experience', Soil mentions in his post for you, personally . You can't take it to the bank, you do not want it in your resume and this really isn't a prime dinner table conversation topic either? Is having sex with various partners for the sake of public entertainment making you any better a person on any level?
On the downside:
You are 23. Your life is ahead of you and you, just like everyone else, are as clueless about what lies ahead as the next guy.
So, you want to eliminate any teaching/educator jobs out of your future, before it even begins?
You want to kill all your potential with any elective office or security and law-enforcement in the US because of your porn past?
Many professional (non-elective) government jobs (e.g., diplomatic service) are now out of your reach forever. You sold all that for some cash and an 'experience'?
All that was an easy part.
There is a number of companies of all sizes and internal persuasions out there, some of them offering highly-paid and most interesting positions. Practically all of them run serious background checks on their prospective employes and by far, most of them will find your porn past plus your valuable 'experience' a luggage from the past that their conservative, religious and bigoted clients might passively or actively dislike. Think of how many companies say, work for the military and want their top dogs to run around the military dudes and promote their products. Not just the weapon systems but toilet seats, too. And here comes another 'Dear Joe - No Thanks Letter' into your mail box... You just kissed your big, fat income good bye. Yeah, shit happens. But do you want it to happen to you?
Recruiters care; they check and are forced to quietly discriminate. Companies and corporations are here to promote the interests of their bottom lines and not your and my liberal agendas. Yet, more often than not, such companies have coveted positions with nice, fat 6 figure incomes. I am not sure that you want to scare them away forever?
Now, if you see yourself bagging food at the Whole Foods for the rest of your life, the above does not apply. Do you?
On a personal level, it is really up to you to decide, if you also want to put your private person on the line for the income, 'experience' and even the possible joy of the porn.
Men usually understand other men very well. Your future BFs and LTR's partners are not really expecting, say a 26 year old to be a virgin with no previous sexual experience. But I am not sure that every possibly very qualified guy out there feels comfortable with dozens of publicly accessible movies showing you in full swing to the rest of the wide world.
He might be openly gay, too. That's one thing. Having a porn star at his side as in an LTR is a completely different issue. Wouldn't you say so?

And yet another point: If I were to work for say, a major cruise line, and if this fact were to be known here and, if someone else here asked, should they take a cruise or not; what would you really expect me to say?
'Naah, cruises are expensive, shitty and lots of kids are running around and screaming like hell; food is plentiful but cheap and entertainment is absolutely second class for the money you are paying.'
I guess not. Wouldn't I want to protect the interests of the industry that puts food onto my kitchen table and pays my rent?
