How great is dancing ?

I spent most of the afternoon in my boxer shorts dancing like a loon in my livingroom to HI-NRG hits.

Do you love dancing ?

I would love to have been there. I have never danced, but love to watch hot guys do it.

I love to dance. I used to dance a Madison, rock, waltz at college. But I have no incentive now to dance.

I was mocked when I was 20 during a dancing party. It still weights heavily on my self confidence :(

I think dancing open a door into your heart/soul and makes you vulnerable, in positive or negative as you expose yourself more honestly to others. More difficult to cheat I think when you dance.

Most dances were at the high school, a place that I avoided.

Only when I'm shitfaced as fuck lmao.

I used to love to dance...I don't get the opportunity much, but once in a while a tune will come on and I'll grab Rick and we'll have a twirl or two...then I give him what fer...

In my 20s it was my favorite past time and a GREAT stress reliever....

I spent alot of Sundays in San Francisco dancing all day and all night by myself....

I used to love to dance, but was often self conscious. Now I haven't danced in years and don't remember some of what I did nor know the current trends.

Dancing is a good way of getting exercise and possibly losing weight, so this could go along with the obesity thread.

I haven't gone dancing in public since a trip to Chicago a couple years ago. I went to the closing party for the infamous Bijou Theater and they had a DJ and dancing in one of the back rooms. I danced, met a couple great guys, did what men did at the Bijou...honestly it was amazing.

But I will dance at home whenever I feel like it. Or when danceable music is playing. Example below.

I think the last time I was on the floor was about 30 years ago. But I enjoyed it a lot.
