You Must Be An Adult To View JUB

But judging by some of the posts/threads on JUB, there are lots non-adults on JUB.

They might be over 18, but are they "adults"?

Remember, adults CAN act and be IMMATURE. There is no law that says otherwise. And just because many of us do act immature, doesn't make us any less adult than anyone else. In fact any adult who doesn't, at least once in a while, act immature is most likely psychotic or maybe even psuchopathic.

I heard you are acknowledged as a man when you are 28 or so. And that even after 18-28 you are still a boy or a kid by some.

But by the law once you are 18 you are an adult.

It's mostly an observance.

But then again. There are some guys who call a 50 year old boy.

I doubt it. Apparently you personality, mannerisms, or maybe simply the way you carry yourself lends to the illusion of childishness. If you want to be taken as a man, you need to, first and foremost, see yourself as a man (this is different than a heartfelt desire to be accepted as a man). Once you have attained that inner maturity, then all you need to do is allow the rest of the world to see it. Physical age is just a number. Don't be so focused on it that everything else becomes invisible.

I honestly feel once u turn 18 its not some magic number. I feel in some areas im older then 20... I just turned 20 yesterday. However in some areas.. i'm the age of 14. But there has to be a legal age somewhere!

I don't know about that. I think it's just the way I look. But it's not like I try to dress professional and wear a suit or business casual type clothes. I wear what I feel comfortable in. I sometimes am unsure of where I am and sort of process everything that's going on and either wonder, question, or am nervous. But if I'm in a place I know well then I usually just observe. I don't really say much in public either so I'm not sure why I'd give off that vibe. But I think you are right to a certain extent. I don't really feel like an adult though. Only like once or twice..

But yeah..
