Your favourite Childhood toy

I loved Barbie lol :rb: especially roller skating barbie and my princess jasmine barbie. I would reenact all the drama on my grandma's soaps with them. Also loved playing the ps1 and n64 with my older bro

I'm surprised nobody said there dick....

I never cared for Hot Wheels...........my mother used to hit us with the tracks.

My favorite toy was a set of blocks. This was a set of blocks that looked like cement blocks. I used to lay out cards as streets and space blocks as buildings and create cities with them. I don't have any anymore. I also had Lincoln Logs and at some point Lego blocks, I think. As a teenager, it was my 45 record player and I had maybe a hundred top forty hits for a while. There may still be some 45's records around, but I know that some of them had gotten warped out of shape from the heat where they were stored.

Watch these..

and prepare to lose IQ by 20 points ^^

I collected Match Box Cars and each one had a perfect box and few even had a scratch on them. I had 200 of them and recently sold them all boxed here in England at an Auction. A Toy collector bought then for the UK£ equivalent of $1500. SO I love them big time

when i was 6-7 i led a basically endless procession of cousins and neighbors into my shed and blew them.

^ there's a [STRIKE]bit[/STRIKE] staggering amount of an ewwwwwwwwwww quality to this.

A Simba plush toy and The Lion King video.

I must've watched it over and over as a kid.

Sadly the dolls head got tore off by a Nala Plush doll that my brother used to kill the Simba with. :##:

guess some masters of the universe figures and some battle beasts. still do have them in a box in the basement.

A pencil and a piece of paper. Sad but true. Although I did like miniatures and my little pony (didn't play with them exactly, I collected them for the designs on their thighs). Loved legos, but didn't have them at home.

^ I hope it wasn't too sad...even though I did pretty well in the toy department.....paper, scissors and pencil crayons took up more than 50% of all my playtime. My sister and I played paper dolls until I was about 5 and then I started making crazy shit out of old cardboard boxes, paper and anything else that I could find until I was into my teens.

You've just brought back amazing memories.

I started making crazy shit out of old cardboard boxes

My dad used to bring home empty appliance boxes he found along his bread route. The forts we built with them were great fun. We also used to take smaller boxes and cut the flaps off and undo the joint. Then we'd use them as toboggans to slide down the hill behind our house. They slid equally well on grass or snow, so they were a year-round toy.

I can't really think of a specific favorite toy.As a boy I had the love of toy vehicles of any kind.I loved remote controlled anything. My favorite color was/is green so my parents always bought me a green bike.(Three speeds, ten speeds and mountain style)"Schwinn was in" at the time. Our back yard was adjacent to beautiful cornfields, that myself and friends would play army/cops and robbers in all the time(no wise cracks please!)My family and I spent many summers at the Jersey Shore(Lavallette and Seaside Height)so I was always fishing and crabbing(early age)off a pier or jetty.I can remember loving my tackle box with all the great lures and cool stuff in it.And I loved casting my great rod  Bluefish blech! Fresh crabs with butter and garlic over angel hair, yum! And I loved the boardwalk(food/nighlife and games)at night.

My Dad was an awesome Master Carpenter,so I was always helping/watching/learning something from him.I loved the way he always smelled like sawdust. We also lived across the street from a Grammar school, that had basketball courts and a baseball field. But my favorite was plain old kickball(with those firm reddish colored kick balls that someone would steal from school.I loved making that ball fly.I met my first love at 15 years old,and we both had General Mopeds that we thought were Harley's :lol:We even wore our spiked wristbands and Iron Maiden/Def Leppard T-Shirts.We were cool :lol:But the mopeds were great fun going all over the place.I can also remember our entire family candle making, and doing ceramics in our basement together.
