This one must be the continuation of that one. It looks like they are meant to go round in an endless loop, but if that's the case then there are some continuity errors. In the first video sometimes it's day and sometimes it's night, and when he comes out of the café he puts on a coat which he didn't have when he went in. All very mysterious.

Here is a puzzle. Anouk is Dutch. In the Netherlands and Belgium she's been an established star for over 25 years. Most of her songs seem to be in English. So how come she's unknown in Britain? I'd never heard of her until today.
