Your Most Played Songs of 2012

Each year I reset the play counts on my iTunes on the 1st of January to see what song I played the most at the end of the year.

What are the top 20 songs most played on your player? Here are the top 30 most played songs from my Phone's iPod. I believe a lot of people also use Pandora, and if I'm not mistaken, they have these statistics as well. It doesn't have to be top 20 either, it can be 10 or 5, but the more, the merrier. Gives us more insight to what music you like and you can look back at the type of music you listened to the most, how old the songs are or just what you were into.

It's funny how it's most all slow songs at the top and then party music, then it goes all sad again.

Maybe not in the top 30 but Flower, Timebomb and Can't Get You Out Of My Head were in the top 50. I already reset the plays so I don't know exactly what numbers they were. =\

First off, let's make this clear - I listen to music a lot. Like a LOT. But there's no way I could listen to any songs as often as you do - I'd go apeshit. I just have a ton of music in my iPod (25,000 or so) and I just shuffle them around a lot.

I don't know when the last time I reset was, but there are two songs that list the last play date as "July 30 2010", so it's been roughly two and a half years. And here's literally everything I've listened to ten times or more.

I did have "Adeste Fideles" by 101 Strings at 12 plays, but I deleted it out of iTunes at the end of the month. And I listened to "Hail to the Geek" on the way home today in the iPod but haven't updated, so that's now tied for first.

Whoa, a lot of good music. The one that stood out the most to me was To Lose My Life. Love that song.

I only have about 600 songs on my iPhone out of the 3000+ on my Mac. Nothing compared to the amount of music you have. Sheesh, 25,000+?! And I thought I had a lot of music.

I don't reset the plays. I put way too many songs on my ipod, so I lose track of what I've already listened to And sometimes I have to be in a mood to listen to a certain song or piece. I just took a screenshot from last.fm. The most amount of artists I could check was 8, unfortunately

so this is what I listened to for the majority of the year o.o
