As several have already said, the chief internal contradiction in his ad is that he displays exactly the same surface-judgemental quality that he deplores in a partner.

The most telling sentence in the ad, for me, was this: "Love being appreciated for being caring, passionate in my convictions and enjoying life." That's a writer's dream of a sentence! It clearly states that he is not caring or passionate, he merely wishes he were... and, more importantly, wants other people to see him as such.

I particularly love when they use someone else's picture. Like we aren't going to recognize a famous porn star or an iconic Abercrombie model. Pure delusion, and I love it!
