I click on a short that looks interesting . . . and I get a earworm!

 
All YouTube shorts look like A.I. to me, even shorts on events I saw live at the time they happened.

 
This one looks unreal to me but it could just be all the edit cuts.

 
YouTube shorts has a horrible interface - atleast on a computer. (I don't watch videos on mobile devices, so have no idea there)
I change shorts links to normal ones & watch with the normal YouTube page.

(oh and YouTube embeds on any type are adblocked on my browser for privacy reasons...so have to watch on the YouTube site itself...)
